The present Writ Petition has been filed seeking a Mandamus directing the second respondent to issue the Work Site Inspection Certificate and the Working Condition of Plants and Machineries Certificate to the petitioner, based upon his application dated 22.02.2026, to enable him to submit his tender bid pursuant to the notification dated 17.02.2026 issued by the first respondent.

2. It is seen from the records that the petitioner has submitted an application on 22.02.2026 along with xerox copies of certain documents to establish his ownership of the plants and machineries. However, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the second respondent contended that the relevant documents were not enclosed with the said application. 2/4

3. In view of the above, the petitioner is directed to approach the second respondent today along with the original records. Upon verification of the same, the second respondent is directed to pass appropriate orders today itself.

4. With the above said directions, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
