Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court Directing the respondents to revise the pay of the petitioner with effect from 01.01.2016 notionally and to pay difference in salary with implement from 01.10.2017 adn to pay the difference in gratuity, difference in earned leave salary, difference in commutation and difference in pension with effect from the date of retirement of the petitioner together with interest at the rate of 18% per annum in terms of the 7th pay commission recommendations for revision of pay as per G.O.Ms.No.134, Transport(D) Department, dated 09.04.2018, within the time frame to be fixed by this Court.
