ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- Petitioner, who was arrested on 16.06.2016 for offences punishable under Sections 294(b), 324, 302, 506(ii) of IPC @ 294(b), 324, 302, 506(ii) and 181 of IPC, in Cr.No.391 of 2016 on the file of respondent police, seeks bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that petitioner abused the deceased with filthy language and stabbed her and other accused assaulted the deceased on her abdomen, due to which, she died on the spot.

3. Learned counsel for petitioner submits that investigation stands completed and petitioner has been languishing in jail from 17.06.2016.

4. Learned Government Advocate, (Crl.Side) on instructions, submits that the case arises out of family dispute and that there is no previous case against the petitioner.

5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to release the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail on his executing a bond in a sum of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees ten thousand only) with two sureties each for the like sum to the satisfaction of learned https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Judicial Magistrate No.V, Tirunelveli, and on condition that the petitioner shall stay at Madurai and report before the Thallakulam Police Station daily at 10.00 a.m., for a period of one months and thereafter appear before respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
