Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the first respondent to revise the pay of the petitioner with effect from 01.01.2016 notionally and to pay difference in salary with implement from 01.10.2017 and to pay the difference in gratuity, difference in earned leave salary, difference in commutation and difference in pension with effect from the date of retirement of the petitioner together with interest at the rate of 18% per annum in terms of 7th Pay Commission recommendations for revision of pay as per G.O.Ms.No.134, Transport (D) Department, dated 09.04.2018, within the time frame to be fixed by this Court. Alleging disobedience of the order passed in W.P.(MD).No.16401 of 2019, dated 20.08.2019, this Contempt Petition has been filed.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the respondent submitted that as per the direction issued by this Court, dated 20.08.2019, the respondent has disposed of the representation of the petitioner, dated 12.07.2019, on 30.10.2019. Cont.P.(MD).No.886 of 2020 appearing for the petitioner submitted that he has not received any order passed by the respondent. In response to the same, the learned counsel for the respondent submitted that he will furnish the copy of the order by 10.12.2020.
