Petitions are filed under Section 482 of the Criminal Procedure Code to direct the second respondent to file charge sheet in Crime Nos.26, 27 and 28 of 2013, within a time limit that may be stipulated by this Court.

For Petitioner : Mr.M.Mohamed Sherbudeen (in all the Crl.O.Ps.) For R1 & R2 : Mr.K.Suyambulinga Bharathi (in all the Crl.O.Ps.) Government Advocate (Criminal side) COMMON ORDER These Criminal Original Petitions have been filed seeking a direction to the second respondent to file charge sheet in Crime Nos.26, 27 and 28 of 2013, within a time limit that may be stipulated by this Court.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) appearing for the respondents 1 and 2.

3.This Court had an occasion to deal with a similar case, viz., Crl.O.P.(MD)No.7261 of 2018 filed by the very same petitioner, wherein this Court considered the submission made by the learned https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Additional Public prosecutor and disposed of the said Criminal Original Petition, vide order dated 28.04.2018, directing the second respondent to file a final report in Crime No.24 of 2013, within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of that order.

4.In the light of the order dated 28.04.2018, made in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.7261 of 2018, these Criminal Original Petitions are disposed of directing the second respondent to complete the investigation and file final report in Crime Nos.26, 27 and 28 of 2013, within the period of six months granted in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.7261 of 2018.
