*********** This writ petition has been filed for a Mandamus seeking for a direction to the respondents 1 to 4 to consider the petitioner's representation dated 21.03.2022 requesting them to convene the peace committee meeting for the formation of a festival committee to conduct the festival of Kaliamman Temple situated at Nallamanaickanpatty Village, E.Chitoor Village, Vedasandur Taluk, Dindigul District on 12.04.2022 and 17.04.2022. 2.The case of the petitioner is that the respondents 5 to 12 are preventing the petitioner to organise the temple festival along with them and it is also the contention of the petitioner that several financial irregularities have been committed by the respondents 5 to 12 in the management of the Kaliamman Temple situated at Nallamanaickanpatty Village, E.Chitoor Village, Vedasandur Taluk, Dindigul District.

In such circumstances, the petitioner has given a representation on 21.03.2022 to the respondents 1 to 4 requesting them to convene a Peace Committee Meeting. Since the said representation has not been considered till date, the petitioner has filed this writ petition. 3.Heard Mr.R.Senthil Kumar, learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.D.Sasikumar, learned Additional Government Pleader who accepts notice on behalf of the respondents 1 to 4. 4.No prejudice would be caused to the third respondent if the petitioner's representation is considered on merits and in accordance with law after affording a fair hearing to the petitioner and the respondents 5 to 12 and any other necessary parties whom the third respondent deems fit to enquire.

5.Accordingly, this Court directs the third respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 21.03.2022 requesting the third respondent to convene a Peace Committee Meeting in respect of the management and conduct of temple festival for Kaliamman Temple situated at Nallamanaickanpatty Village, E.Chitoor Village, Vedasandur Taluk, Dindigul District and pass final orders on merits and in accordance with law after affording a fair hearing to the petitioner and the respondents 5 to 12 within a period of one [1] week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 2/3
