Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the 3rd Respondent to enter the Assignment order H.S.T.A. No.897/1423 on 30.12.2014 in respect of the property of the petitioner to an extent of 0.00.95 Sq. Meter of lands in Natham Survey No.732/22 in Lakshmanan Kudiyeruppu, Urapuli Revenue Group, Paramakudi Taluk, Ramanathapuram District in Online records and Taluk Revenue Records.

ORDER

The present Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the 3rd Respondent to enter the Assignment order H.S.T.A. No.897/1423 on https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis

30.12.2014 in respect of the property of the petitioner to an extent of 0.00.95 Sq. Meter of lands in Natham Survey No.732/22 in Lakshmanan Kudiyeruppu, Urapuli Revenue Group, Paramakudi Taluk, Ramanathapuram District in Online records and Taluk Revenue Records.

2.It is seen that the respondents have already issued assignment patta to the petitioner. However, the consequential order in the revenue records were not passed. Therefore, this Court is directing the official respondents to pass the consequential orders in accordance to law within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3.With the above observations, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
