Respondents PRAYER: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents herein to earmark or reserve certain percentage as fix by this Hon'ble Court in case of allotment of Avin retail milk vending booth in the State of Tamil Nadu for the Differently Abled Persons based on the petitioner's representation dated 09.03.2018 with immediate effect without any delay.

(Order of the Court was made by C.T.SELVAM, J.) By consent, Writ Petition itself, is taken up for final disposal.

2. Mr.M.Pandiarajan, learned Additional Government Pleader takes notice for respondents 1 to 4 and Mr.M.Murugan, learned Government Advocate takes notice for respondents 2 and 3.

3. The Writ Petitioner seeks issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents herein to earmark or reserve certain percentage as fix by this Hon'ble Court in case of allotment of Avin retain milk vending booth in the State of Tamil Nadu for the Differently Abled Persons based on the petitioner's representation dated 09.03.2018 with immediate effect without any delay.

4. Though the petitioner seeks a direction for a larger relief, learned counsel for petitioner would submit that petitioner would limit his prayer to one, seeking consideration of representation dated 09.03.2018.

5. Learned Additional Government Pleader, appearing for respondents 1 and 4 and learned Government Advocate, appearing for respondents 2 and 3 seek time towards consideration of the representation.

6. Accordingly, the Writ petition shall stand disposed of directing the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 09.03.2018, solely on merits and pass orders in accordance with law, within a period of 4 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
