Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the fourth respondent to sanction the grant salary to the petitioner as Secondary Grade Assistant, Saraswathi Primary School, Puthoor from 01.07.2016 vide the Proceedings Na.Ka.No.681/A2/2018 dated 20.03.2018 on the file of the third respondent within the stipulated time as fixed by this Court. Heard Mr.C.Mayil Vahana Rajendran, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mrs.S.Srimathy, learned Special Government Pleader for the respondents 1 to 4.

2.In the light of the order this court proposes to pass, notice to the fifth respondent is dispensed with. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. The petitioner seeks a direction upon the the fourth respondent to sanction the grant of salary to the petitioner as

Secondary Grade Assistant, Saraswathi Primary School, Puthoor from 01.07.2016 vide the Proceedings of the third respondent dated 20.03.2018.

4. On a perusal of the said proceedings, it is seen that the third respondent has issued a positive direction to the fourth respondent to effect payment of salary and report the same to the third respondent. However, the fourth respondent has not complied with the direction in spite of almost 1 month having lapsed.

5. In the light of the above, there shall be a direction to the fourth respondent to comply with the direction issued by the third respondent in favour of the petitioner dated 20.03.2018 and pass orders and disburse salary within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

6. With the above direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected W.M.P.(MD) No.9073 of 2018 is closed.
