ORDER

The present writ petition has been filed seeking to quash the show cause notice issued by the first respondent calling upon the petitioner to offer explanation for the adverse police report.

2. According to the learned Government Advocate, the petitioner has been implicated in criminal case in Crime No.206/2024 on the file of the 2nd respondent police station, which culminated in filing of a charge sheet in CC No.16/2025 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate, Orathanadu.

3. In view of the above said facts, the petitioner is directed to approach the concerned trial court seeking permission to go abroad. If any such application is filed, the same shall be disposed of within a period of four weeks and based upon the orders passed by the trial court, the first respondent is directed to proceed in accordance with law. 2/4
