Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the constitution of India to issue a writ of Certiorarified Mandamus directing the 3rd respondent to call for the records relating to the Provisional Admit Card with the examination centre as Ernakulam, issued by the respondent vide online on 17.04.2018 and quash the same as illegal and direct the respondent to issue the Examination Centre in any one of the Centre choices opted by the petitioner.
