ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioners, who apprehend arrest at the hands of the 1/4

respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 318(4), 61(2) and 351(3) of BNS, 2023 in Crime No.51 of 2025 on the file of the respondent police, seek anticipatory bail.

2. This Court by order, dated 22.10.2025 granted interim anticipatory bail to the petitioners directing the petitioners to appear before the respondent Police daily and co-operate with investigation. Since the same was not complied with. In order to give one more opportunity this Court extended the interim order on 17.11.2025. Today, it is also reported that the interim order passed by this Court is not complied with.

3. Hence, the interim order passed by this Court, dated 22.10.2025 is vacated and accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed.
