It is an application seeking a direction to the respondent police not to interfere in the civil dispute between the petitioner and his brothers namely Velusamy and Muthumari. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondents. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) for the respondents, on instructions, would submit that petition enquiry has been conducted and the complaint has been closed and therefore, presence of the petitioner is not required before the respondent police.
