This Civil Revision Petition filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India praying to set aside the Fair and Decreetal Order in I.A.No.1123 of 2014 dated 12.09.2014 in O.S.No.149 of 2010, on the file of the learned Additional District Munsif, Srivilliputtur.

ORDER:

This petition coming on for hearing on this day, upon perusing the grounds of this Revision Petition, the earlier order of this Court and the requisition letter submitted by the Additional District Munsif(FAC),Srivilliputtur, vide D.No.1366/2018 dated 13.12.2018, this court made the following order: "The Additional District Munsif(FAC),Srivilliputtur by letter dated 13.12.2018 has explained the reasons for not being able to comply the order to pass Judgment in O.S. No.149 of 2010 within a period of four months from the date of receipt of copy of the order dated 11.04.2018 in C.R.P.(MD) NO.73 of 2015. 2.Accepting the reasons stated, time is extended for passing judgment in the said suit till 30.04.2019 and the report of compliance shall be sent to the Registry within a week from the date of passing Judgment."
