This criminal original petition has been listed today under the caption 'for extension of time' to dispose of the case in S.T.C.No.862 of 2016.
2. The learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, FTC at Magisterial Level, Madurai, sent a letter, dated 08.09.2023, requesting extension of further time of three months to dispose of S.T.C.No.862 of 2016, pursuant to the order of this Court, dated 24.10.2018.
3. Being satisfied with the reasons assigned by the learned Judge, this Court is inclined to grant further time to dispose of the above case. Accordingly, three months time is extended for disposing the case in S.T.C.No.862 of 2016 from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
