ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the learned Judicial Fast Track Magistrate to dispose the case in S.T.C.No.659 of 2023 before the Judicial Fast Track Magistrate, Srivilliputtur as expeditiously as possible within a stipulated time frame fixed by this Court.

2. According to the petitioner, the petitioner is the de facto complainant in the above said case and he filed a case as against the respondent and the case is pending from the year 2023 and the case has not been disposed of and still pending for trial.

3. Considering the limited scope of prayer sought for in this petition, this Court even without issuing notice to the respondent inclined to dispose of this petition.

4. The prayer of the petitioner is to dispose the case within the stipulated time, since the case is pending from the year 2023. Considering the nature of the case and long pendency, this Court directs the Trial Court, namely, learned 2/4

Judicial Fast Track Magistrate, Srivilliputtur to dispose the case in S.T.C.No. 659 of 2023 as early as possible, without granting long adjournment beyond 15 days.

5. With the above said observations, this Criminal Original Petition stands allowed.
