It is an application seeking a direction to the 2nd respondent to register a case based on the complaint of the petitioner dated 24.07.2016.
2.When the matter came up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) would submit that on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner, a case has been registered in Crime No.24 of 2016 under Sections 147, 148, 341, 294(b), 323, 506(ii) IPC and Section 3(1) of TNPPDL Act, by the second respondent Police. Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
