Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.S.VIKRAM, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.M.V.CHANDRASEKARAN, Government Advocate(Criminal Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition is filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.9126 of 2020, dated 02.09.2020. 2.The learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) submitted that the trial commenced and the petitioner also participated in the trial. 3.In view of the above, the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.9126 of 2020, dated 02.09.2020 is relaxed and the petitioner shall appear before the trial Court on all date of hearings without fail.
