ORDER

The present writ petition has been filed seeking a mandamus directing respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 07.02.2026 wherein the petitioner has made a request to close down the drainage channel that was dug up by the respondent officials.

2. The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the second respondent, on instructions, submitted that the drainage channel would be closed within a period of 4(four) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
