The petitioner has filed the above Writ Petition to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 to 4 to take action against the fifth respondent for developing a Welding Industry Unit in residential area by considering the representation, dated 08.03.2021. 2.Mr.R.Murali, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

W.P(MD)No.7188 of 2021 that the fifth respondent in the counter has specifically stated that he is not going to develop a Welding Industry Unit in the property in dispute, hence, the Writ Petition may be closed. 3.Further, Mr.J.John Jayakumar, learned counsel appearing for the fifth respondent also submitted that the fifth respondent has no idea of developing any Welding Industry Unit in the property in dispute. 4.In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, recording the submission made by the learned counsel for the fifth respondent, the Writ Petition stands closed.
