ORDER

It is an application seeking a direction to the respondent police not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondent.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is the agricultural coolie and he is being harassed by the respondent police for the case, which is filed against his son. It is further submitted that his son was already secured by the respondent police and is now in judicial custody.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) would submit that while investigating the case filed against the petitioner's son, he was only called for enquiry and there was no harassment made against the petitioner and his family members by the respondent police.

5. Recording the above submission given by the learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side), this Criminal Original Petition is closed. However, the respondent police is at liberty to conduct the enquiry but shall not harass the petitioner and his family members.
