O R D E R

This petition has been filed seeking a direction to the second respondent to initiate proceedings under Section 145 Cr.P.C.

2. On 17.06.2021 when the matter was taken up for hearing, it is submitted that in spite of reference been made by the first respondent to the second respondent about the prevailing situation, the proceedings under Section 145 Crl.P.C has not been taken so far. On that ground, the matter was adjourned to 29.06.2021. On that day also, there was no information about the development.

3. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit final order was passed by the second respondent on 06.08.2021 in Na.Ka.No.. RC No.764/2021/A3 with a direction to both parties to approach civil court for appropriate remedy and both parties should not give any trouble to each other.

5. Recording, the submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor this petition is disposed of, as infructuous.
