ORDER

By consent of both sides, the writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal.

2.Heard M/s.M.D.Devi Saravana Priya, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mrs.S.Srimathy, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents.

3.The petitioner has filed this writ petition praying for the direction upon the first respondent to dispose of the appeal petition filed by the petitioner, dated 08.07.2017 against an order of punishment, dated 24.05.2017. I find from the records that the petitioner has sent the appeal petition by registered post. The petitioner should have filed an appeal petition through https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

proper channel I.e., through the Kadayanallur Municipality, where he is working as Revenue Inspector. Therefore, the Court cannot grant any direction as such sought for by the petitioner at this juncture. However, the petitioner is directed to file a proper appeal petition to the first respondent within 15 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and present the same to the Kadayanallur Municipality, who shall forward the same through proper channel to the first respondent, if appeal petition is in order.

4. With the above directions, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
