3. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that even though he is a tenant, the landlord gives pressure

through the respondent police to vacate the house and that cannot be done except by following due process of law.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that already enquiry has been conducted and during enquiry, it is found that the matter is civil in nature and hence no case has been registered and parties have been advised to approach the civil Court.

5. Under such circumstances, from the report of the respondent police, dated 30.08.2016, it is clear that the tenant has already been enquired and there is no scope for further harassment. It is also represented that the respondents never demanded the petitioner to vacate the house.

6.Recording the submission, this petition is disposed of. Consequently connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. Sd/- Assistant Registrar(Writs) /TRUE COPY/ Sub Assistant Registrar To 1.The Superintendent of Police Pudukottai District, Pudukottai.
