ORDER : The Court made the following order :- This Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the petitioners on 04.03.2025 1/3
under Section 482 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 praying to grant an order of pre-arrest bail.
2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, Mr.S.Xavier Rajini, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the offences are bailable in nature and seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition. To that effect, he has made an endorsement in the case file and the same is extracted hereunder. "The offences are bailable in nature. Hence, the petitioners humbly prays this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to permit the petitioner to withdraw this petition"
