ORDER
None appeared for the petitioner on 02.01.2024. The case is posted under the caption "for dismissal" today. There is again no representation. 2.The learned Central Government Standing Counsel for the respondents fairly brings it to my notice that the petitioner had enclosed copy of the order dated 10.01.2020 made in W.P.Nos.537, 541 and 543 of 2020 and that the case on hand is covered by the same.
3.It is seen that the learned Judge had allowed the said writ petitions by following the earlier order made in W.P.Nos.25455 of 2017 etc. batch dated 03.08.2018. Paragraph No.4 of the order dated 10.01.2020 reads as follows:- 2/4
"4. As the petitioners in this case are similarly placed to the Petitioners in the aforesaid batch of cases relating to the same impugned lists published in the website by the Respondents, they are entitled to identical relief that has been granted to them. Accordingly, the Writ Petitions stand allowed and the impugned orders are set aside on the aforesaid terms. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed. No costs." 4.After going through the averments set out in the affidavit filed in support of the writ petition and the materials enclosed in the typed set of papers, I am satisfied that the petitioner is similarly placed. 5.Respectfully following the order dated 10.01.2020 made in W.P.Nos.537, 541 and 543 of 2020, the impugned order is set aside on the same lines.
