ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking orders to direct the 2nd respondent to file a final report/charge sheet in Crime No.06 of 2019, on the file of the 2nd respondent , within the period stipulated by this Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that The offence is of the year 2015 and the First Information Report has been registered in the year 2019. even after lapse of several years, there is no progress in the investigation.

4. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that so far seven witness have been examined.

5. Perusal of CD file shows that after 2020, there is no progress in the investigation. Let the investigation be completed within five months 2/4

from the date of receipt of copy of this order. If the petitioner is aggrieved the outcome of the investigation, he can workout his remedy through appropriate proceedings.

6. With the above said direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
