O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner to direct the 1st respondent to give suitable direction to the 2nd respondent to give permission to the "Adalum Padalum" cultural program on 05.05.2018 at 07.00 p.m. to 11.00 p.m to the petitioner's temple festival of "Arulmigu Sri Nadiyamman and Muthumariyamman" at Krishnapmpatti, Veladipatti post, Karambakudi Taluk, Pudukkottai based on the petitioner's representation dated 23.04.2018. 2.Heard Mr.S.Selvakumar, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.M.Karuppasamy, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents.

3.The second respondent is directed to grant permission to the petitioner to conduct the event in question. It is open to the second respondent to incorporate conditions as he deems it fit to ensure the law and order and peaceful conduct of the event. It is https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

made clear that the "Adalum Padalum" programme shall not extend beyond 10.00 p.m.

4.With the above directions, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
