Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records pertaining to the impugned proceedings issued by the first respondent in Na.Ka.No.O.Mu.28623/Pa tho. 4/2018/E.Ru.3 dated 5.4.2018 and quash the same as illegal and unconstitutional and consequently directing the respondents to appoint the petitioner in any suitable job on compassionate grounds.

Heard Mr.M.Bindran, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mrs.S.Srimathy, learned Special Government Pleader for the respondents.

2. The petitioner has filed this writ petition challenging the order passed by the first respondent rejecting the petitioner's application for grant of compassionate appointment on the ground that it has been submitted after 7 years of demise of the employee, the petitioner's father Tr.Samidurai.

3. However, the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that on account of certain family disputes and indigent circumstance, the petitoner could not submit application at an early date.

4.In the light of the above, the writ petition is disposed of by directing the petitioner to submit an application https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

to the Principal Secretary, Public Health and Family Welfare Department, Chennai, along with a copy of this order, who shall consider the case of the petitioner and if eligible, pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of receipt of copy of this order. No costs.
