2.The learned counsel representing on behalf of the respondent would submit that already five witnesses have been examined and they have also been cross-examined. 3.In view of this development, this Court cannot entertain this petition to quash the proceedings. The petitioners in Crl.O.P(MD).No.15837 of 2016 shall be represented by an advocate. Sofar as the petitioner in Crl.O.P(MD).No.4321 of 2018 is concerned he shall also be represented by an advocate and he shall appear before the Court as and when require by the Court below. 4.These Criminal Original Petitions are disposed of with the direction to the learned Judicial Magistrate, Sivakasi, to dispose of M.C.No.23 of 2015, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
