O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner to direct the respondents to grant permission for Adal Padal program perform in "Thiruvizha" scheduled to be held on 03.05.2018 at 8.00 p.m. to 12.00 p.m., at Arulmigu Sri Kowmariamman Thirukovil at Maninagaram 1st street, Cumbum, Theni District by considering the petitioner's representation dated 25.04.2018.

2.Heard Mr.C.Bethanasamy , learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.M.Karuppasamy, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents.

3.The second respondent is directed to grant permission to the petitioner to conduct the event in question. It is open to the second respondent to incorporate conditions as he deems it fit to ensure the law and order and peaceful conduct of the event. It is made clear that the "Adal Padal" programme shall not extend beyond 10.00 p.m.

4.With the above directions, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
