ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to complete the investigation and file a final report in respect of Crime No 60 of 2023 within a time frame as may be fixed by this Court.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) appearing for the respondents submitted that in this case investigation has been completed and final report has been filed before the concerned Court vide e.filing and thereby nothing survives for further adjudication in this petition.

3. Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) that the investigation was completed and final report was filed before the concerned Court by way of e.filing, this Criminal Original Petition stands closed.
