ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- Today, this petition came up before me under the caption 'For Being Mentioned'.

2.The Registry is directed to issue the following revised order.

Revised Order The petitioner apprehends arrest in view of issuance of Non Bailable Warrant in C.C.No.166 of 2015 on the file of Judicial Magistrate No.II, Usilampatti.

2.The Counsel for the petitioner on instructions of the petitioner undertakes that the petitioner will be regular and prompt in attendance in all future hearing dates.

3.If the petitioner fails to appear before the Court below for future hearings, he is entitled to file appropriate petition under Section 317 Cr.P.C. Even if on one hearing, he is absent and no application is filed for condoning his absence, this order granting anticipatory bail shall stand cancelled.

counsel appearing for the petitioner, the petitioner is permitted to appear before the trial Court on next hearing date and to file a recall warrant petition.
