It is the case of the petitioner that she is the school going student and she has been unnecessarily teased by the respondents 3 and 4 and, therefore, the petitioner has filed the present petition for police protection.

2. Today, Mr.Sachithananthan, Special Sub-Inspector of Police, Eranieal Police Station, is present. On instructions, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) submitted that one Kala, who is the mother of the petitioner, has given a complaint dated 30.01.2017 to the respondent police alleging that the respondents 3 and 4 are harassing her daughter. When the police called Kala and her daughter to come for enquiry, they did not appear for enquiry. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

However, the police enquired the respondents 3 and 4.

3. Under such circumstances, the petitioner is directed to appear before the second respondent police and co-operate with the enquiry and the second respondent is directed to take action in accordance with law.
