Sangarapandi aged about 49 years convict No.4296, confined at the Central Prison, Palayamkottai based on the petitioner's representation dated 12.01.2026 sent through registered post and consequently grant such leave.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials placed before this Court.

3. Pending Writ petition the representation of the petitioner was considered and rejected by an order dated 26.02.2026.
