This writ petition is filed for a mandamus to direct the second respondent to conclude the appeal proceeding in Na.Ka.A5/11030/2020 dated 20.01.2025 regarding UDR Patta in respect of S.No.377/1 to an extent of 3 acres 22 cents situated at Kannudayanpatti Village, Manapparai Taluk, Tiruchirappalli District.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that even though the appeal was preferred as early as January 2025, the second respondent has not passed an order. Hence, this writ petition.

3. In view of the same, this writ petition is disposed of by directing the second respondent to consider and pass orders on the said appeal preferred by the petitioner within a period of eight (8) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
