PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of the Cr.P.C., to take steps under Section 133 of Cr.P.C. to remove the advertisement boards flex and banners affixed in the petitioners house which are created nuisance to the petitioner and her family members peaceful possession and enjoyment of the petitioners house by considering her complaint dated 08.01.2016 within a period prescribed by this Court.

O R D E R

This petition has been filed for a direction to the respondent police to take action under Section 133 of Cr.P.C. and remove the nuisance.

2.Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the respondents. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that subsequently the petitioner has given a representation dated 25.01.2016, wherein he had stated that he is not pursuing the complaint and the same may be closed.

4.In view of the subsequent development, no further order is necessary to be passed in this petition. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
