Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents to conduct a survey in the petitioner's land in Survey No.327/1 in an extent of 1 acre 58 cents situated at Kothaierumbu Village, Ottanchatram Taluk , Dindigul District and mark the boundaries and transfer the Patta in the petitioner's name within the time stipulated by this Court. 2.The petitioner wants the respondents to carryout survey exercise in respect the petition mentioned lands. The petitioner's counsel asserts that there is no rival claim. Taking note of the said submission, the respondents are directed to conclude the survey exercise within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. If the respondents encounter any resistance or opposition and if any other legal impediment crops up, the respondents shall relegate the petitioner to move the appropriate Civil Court.

3.With this observation, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
