ORDER

It is an application seeking a direction to the respondent to investigate the case in Crime No.124 of 2009 and file a final report within the time to be stipulated by this Court.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondent. 3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner herein, a man missing case has been registered by the respondent in the year 2009, but, so far, no final report has been filed. 4.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), on instructions, would submit that the respondent requires three months time to complete the investigation and to file a final report in Crime No.124 of 2009.

5.Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent to complete the investigation and to file a final report before the Court https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
