This petition is filed to condone the delay of 400 days in representing the above Writ Petition.
2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondents 1 to 6. 3.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition and taking into consideration that the respondents 1 to 6 have no objection in allowing this petition, this Court is inclined to condone the delay of 400 days, however, on payment of costs.
4.Accordingly, this petition is allowed and the delay is condoned on payment of 2/3
