ORDER

This petition is filed to condone the delay of 477 days in representing the above petition.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondents 1 to 6. 3.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition and taking into consideration that the respondents 1 to 6 have got no objection in allowing this petition, this Court is inclined to condone the delay of 477 days, however, on payment of costs.

4.Accordingly, this petition is allowed and the delay is condoned on payment of Rs.2000/- (Rupees Two Thousand only) to the High Court Legal Services Committee attached to this Bench forthwith on receipt of a copy of this order, failing which this 2/3
