O R D E R

This petition has been filed seeking a direction to the first respondent to transfer the investigation of the case in Crime No.837 of 2016, dated 21.12.2016 on the file of the second respondent to the fourth respondent or any other agency to investigate the case.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) appearing for the respondents 1 to 4, on instructions, submitted that already the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

investigation in Crime No.837 of 2016 has been completed and the final report has been filed closing the complaint as 'action dropped'.

3. Considering the fact that already the complaint has been closed as 'action dropped' and final report has been filed closing the complaint, no further order is required in the present petition. Accordingly, the Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. However, the petitioner is at liberty to work out her remedy in the manner known to law. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
