Side) for the respondents. 3.According to the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), during enquiry, it came to light that the entire incident arose within the jurisdiction of Koyambedu Police Station, Chennai and the petitioner herein has been instructed to appear before the Koyembedu Police Station and with this endorsement, the petition had been closed.
