ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioners /Accused, apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence punishable under Sections 294(b), 323, 324 and 506(ii) IPC in Crime No.37 of 2022 on the file of the respondent police, seek anticipatory bail.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing on 08.07.2022, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that the injured is still in hospital and hence, the matter is posted today i.e., on 26.07.2022. Even today also he submitted that the injured has not been discharged from the hospital.

3. The case is pending from 29.03.2022 and adjourned for the above said reason, still the injured has not been discharged from the hospital, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner at this stage. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
