This criminal original petition has been filed seeking a direction to the third respondent not to harass the petitioner by Compelling him to execute a bond under the Section 110 of Cr.P.C.. 2.The learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioner submitted that the respondents are harassing the petitioner and they may be directed not to harass him.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submits that after consuming liquor, the petitioner and others quarreled among themselves in front of the respondent police station. Hence the respondent police warned them not to involve in such activities, for which, the petitioner has filed this petition.
