ORDER
The petitioner has come forward with this petition, praying to direct respondent police to expedite the investigation in Crime No.797/2015, dated 14.08.2015 and file the final report within a stipulated time as may be fixed by this Court. 2.I have heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials available on record.
3.The Government Advocate (Crl. Side), on instructions, would submit that final report will be filed within a period of two months. 4.In view of the above submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), I am inclined to direct the respondent to investigate the matter and to file the final report as expeditiously as possible, preferably, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5.With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
