ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to secure the accused persons in connection with the Crime No. 81 of 2017
2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that the respondent police have filed a report before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.V, Madurai as "undetected".
3. As already held by this Court, this report cannot be termed as final report. The respondent police is directed to continue with the investigation till final report is filed under section 173(2) Cr.P.C.
