ORDER

This application is filed for cancellation of bail granted in favour of the first respondent herein in Crl.M.P.No.819 of 2018 dated 30.01.2018 passed by the Additional Mahila Court, Trichirappalli.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the second respondent. 3.The petitioner is the defacto complainant in this case. The first respondent is the accused and giving sexual harassment to the petitioner. However, the first respondent was granted bail by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Additional Mahila Court, Trichirappalli. Aggrieved over the same, the application for cancellation of bail has been filed.

4.Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, it is submitted that the investigation has since been completed and final report was filed and the same has been taken on file as C.C.No.33 of 2018.

5.This Court takes note of the fact that the investigation is over and the matter was taken on file by the Trial Court. Granting of bail is one thing and cancellation of bail is quite another. The petitioner has not made out a case for cancellation of bail. The ground raised in the present petition is that the petitioner may tamper the evidences and also the investigation. The Investigation has already been concluded. Hence, there is no point in keeping this petition alive.
