Prayer: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the Respondent Nos.1 and 2 to conduct an inquiry and take appropriate action against the Respondent Nos.3 and 4 by considering the petitioner's representation, dated 17.04.2021 and 07.05.2021 within stipulated time.

This petition has been filed to directing the Respondent Nos.1 and 2 to conduct an inquiry and take appropriate action against the Respondent Nos.3 and 4 by considering the petitioner's representation, dated 17.04.2021 and 07.05.2021.

2. It is seen that the petitioner has lodged complaints before the respondent police on 17.04.2021 and 07.05.2021.

3. In view of the same, the second respondent police is directed to conduct enquiry, on the complaints lodged by the petitioner after issuing notice to the petitioner and the respondent Nos.3 and 4 and dispose of the same, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
