ORDER

This writ petition has been filed to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the 2nd respondent to take appropriate action against the 3rd respondent by considering his representation dated 13.01.2026. 1/4

2. The allegation against the 3rd respondent, who is the husband of the petitioner, is that he has produced a photograph in which he is seen jumping from the compound wall. He appears to be over 60 years old.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that the 3rd respondent has also preferred a complaint against the petitioner.

4. Recording the aforesaid submission, the respondent police are directed to take the complaint on record. If any criminal offence is made out, they shall proceed further in accordance with law.

5. With the above observations, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
